I’m 29 [M] she’s 25 [F]

So imma start off by saying this to clarify, we met online weird 3 way non-monogamy try out ordeal, we ended it all over drama over it and now we work together.

We work together because I was in desperate need for a good job that she helped me get, back when she fell for me, she was very adamant trying really hard to make sure I got the job.

After a tone of chaos we ended it all, for good or so I thought, we promised to just let it all die basically.

So currently I’m conflicted, recently due to the new job and certain conditions I was able to finally do something for myself, it was also something that annoyed me from my ex because she said I was less attractive then who she choose to be with, so I got myself a new fresh haircut and shave.

Been getting a tone of attention and compliments, my friend told me she even complimented me about it but I may of not heard it(probably blocked it off).

Back when we talked about work I told her, work is work, but I am gonna try to avoid her, unless I REALLY need the help.

Well that really didn’t happen and now with the new look she’s starting to involve me to much in jokes or conversations or finding ways to teach me stuff that is cool and all but doesn’t feel right.

Half the jokes are the playful stuff she told me she “loved” about me in comparison to her BF and was how we flirted with each other.

Recently she’s been coming dressed up to work, similar stuff from when we dated, she looked nice so I complimented her and all in respect to her complimenting my new look.

How ever she’s making stuff a bit obvious for me, since I’ve always been able to see right thru her, she claims “rushed to work” so she didn’t change clothes, meanwhile the changing room where her uniform is at is at the entrance… so she’s been intentionally walking past me to notice and fishing for compliments.

I also noticed she came with her high heel boots.. from which from what me and her friends know she never used them to work in years and she only wore them when me and her went out to impress me, she even left them and the rest of her clothing right out there in the open for anyone to notice.

I’m very conflicted due to the fact that I know she won’t be upfront or honest and has not told me anything of what she’s doing or intentions that contradict our agreement.

Don’t get me wrong we’ve been enjoying ourselves again even tho it’s awkward from both sides, but I just cant keep the back and forth going.

So today I wrote on my phone so she could see it “just stop” not sure if she read it, but I noticed she was conflicted with something since she walked outside and didn’t seem well, so I walked up and asked if she was ok.

She said she was thinking, not sure if it’s because of what I wrote or if she’s starting to have second thoughts about me since ever since I improved my looks she’s been making a lot of attempts to engage with me.

I just don’t know what to do at this point.
