Should I tell the girl I’m starting to see that I’m a virgin

Kind of embarrassing but I am a 29m and still a virgin. I was never into one night stands and didn’t have the skills whilst talking to girls so nothing ever really materialized. I am starting to see this girl (about to go on date 3) who I am really starting to like but I’m not sure what I should do. Should I just not tell or tell her I’m inexperienced? Or should I just come out and say it and be honest about it so I can give her an out if she’s not interested? And if I tell her how should I go about that?
