First proper night out together
Post Body

If a guy takes it slow and chooses not to make a move (is still flirty) when you're out together at a party with friends...is that a turn off or deal breaker? I had this situation happen recently with a girl i've been hanging out with the last month or so. I sensed attraction from her, one specific time she was constantly bumping into me and put a fair bit of physical contact into our longer than average hugs. so at this party we were getting along very well, spent hours together and then some friends of hers tagged along. We all stuck together for the rest of the night and danced a lot. It was a really fun night, however i noticed her body language still giving signs of attraction but because it wasn't over the top or incredibly obvious i just kept things casual. During this night she was hit on both by a guy and girl which i chose to ignore/not let it get to me, she can ultimately do what she wants. She ended up leaving early and i stayed the rest of the night with her friends. So i wrote to her about half a day/to a day and a half after saying i had a nice time. She like the message but didn't respond to a good few days after and something has felt off ever since. we were beginning to hang out every weekend but now it feels like i blew it?

Frankly i'm a bit tired of all the subtle games and always having to make some kind of first move. I want to be responsible and not over step boundaries but when i take it slower i'm clearly missing opportunities. Feels like a catch 22, so any thoughts or advice? I really hope i can get out of this funk as it's getting to my self image.
