I struggle getting it up and have to use bluechew will this effect my dating?

For example I usually see girls at the bar throwing it back on a guy. If a girl throughs back on me and it takes me awhile to get a full erection and I get more like a half chub. Will this be an issue for me since I can barely get it up unless we’re naked kissing then I can or after I pop a bluechew. But she doesn’t give me a chance to do that cuz she feels in my pants it’s small (not fully erect yet). Basically what should I avoid to have more success with this problem
