How to restart a failed start to a relationship?
Post Body

I was talking to someone online and sent some stupid messages (not dick picks). Looking back, I have no idea what I was doing. That was it. The messaging ceased. With the special caveat, the woman just does not find me attractive and took the opportunity to get out.

  1. What is a good time period to give someone and then ask for a new chance?
  2. What is a productive way to ask for a new chance in an online setting that is not trite and ridiculous?
  3. I know my personality is not a great match for the online setting. How do I move the relationship beyond it?
  4. The Lady made an intense impression on me in the relatively short term we were messaging. That said, should I just leave it alone and move on.
