After processing trauma from my past relationship, I feel like I'm in a good spot to start dating again. I feel like I have a good amount of attributes that a woman is looking for, but it feels weird to start approaching women again. I get some looks from women that I find attractive, but in the back of my mind, there is a mental block.
It's easy for me to just assume that whoever I approach is either going to be married or have a boyfriend and I'm not about that life.
Can I get some advice on some ways to approach women who are interested in me without seeming aggressive or overly excited/anxious?
I legit get stun-locked every time I see a woman's body language saying to come talk to me.
