This girl has a crush on me and I think she was in love with me...She gave me all this signs and even flirted vigorously but when it come to conversations , there wasnt much open conversations (part of the reason : she doesnt speak fluent english but understands). Even though later on she gave me signs that because of a problem that she's not approaching me directly on that level. I have this health issue. I was supposed to have a conversation with her and explain everything, Not to go into details into the issue but since she indirectly said she wants to be with me (we communicated non verbally a lot) and all that but didnt contact me in the end. She was in my University class now this semester she isn't. I don't want to pass on the potential relationship. to add : I like her a lot too.

Also last class i saw her she was examining my problem from a distance. My guess was she thought we would meet again in the next semester.What do I do should I kind of let it be or should i try to contact her and let her know somehow ?
