How do I meet girls?

I go to school at a big university but social anxiety and lack of confidence has stopped me from interacting with any girls for 3 years. Now that Iām home for the summer I want to try and meet some girls and casually date without ruining my reputation at school. I am 21 and live in a small town so dating apps and bars are not ideal. Any ideas on what I can do?
