Should I tell this girl about my anxiety problem

So this girl likes me has a crush on me , i could see she wants to be with me.She made suggestions. IIhave this anxiety problem and recently it has been worse. Its been affecting my social life. It will get better though. The girl indirectly told me that this could be a problem. Btw we dont communicate openly like that. Should I just try to tell her i have this anxiety problem and it'll go away ?
