How can you build FWB or more casual relationships as a guy with no experience?

24 M Im a virgin who’s never been in a relationship, as I’ve gotten older I’ve gained more confidence in myself and recently went on my first date after being a very socially awkward and anxious kid.

As a full time student who works and lives at home, I don’t really have the time or energy for a committed relationship inspite of wanting one.

However, I still crave sex and intimacy.

How should I go about trying to find more casual relationships? Is this something to be upfront about early on? Should I post that in my OLD profiles?
