bladder issues and dating
Post Body

I’m 28 and have bladder issues from a past car accident I was involved in. I also have had two children since then. But I’ve been divorced 2 yrs and am lonely. I have gone through physical and pelvic floor therapy multiple times to improve the issue. Certain things that cause my bladder muscles to relax (sleep, hot baths) or be stimulated (sex, running, sneezing/coughing) cause small/ significant bladder leaks. It’s something that if I put off telling someone too long I will avoid out of fear and just feel I need to back out. But if I tell someone too early it’s being unnecessarily vulnerable and putting myself in a position to be rejected and look bad. Idk if I’m venting or looking for advice but.
