I'm wondering if anyone has met anyone else like me and has some advice on what to do. I'm 21 years old and I'm unable to orgasm when I'm having sex with anyone. Idk what to do because the women I've been with take it so personally when they can't make me cum and they just get turned off and give up.
I just want to feel sexually fulfilled in a relationship and I don't think that that's going to happen with how things have been going I've tried special creams that boost sensitivity and toys I've tried so many stupid things I've seen suggested on the Internet.
I just hate that I can't keep a relationship because I can't have an orgasm women have the same issue but can just fake it and let me tell you it doesn't work as a guy I've tried 😔
