What is it like dating single parents?

I really like this lady from work and I’m sure she likes me too. But I learned this fact recently, it’s just one kid. Idk its not like a hard no for me or anything. I’m just not sure what to expect with that, especially if it became something serious eventually. I’m in my younger 20s, not sure if I should pursue.
