So I was in a relationship that was on and off for over 4 years during and after high school. Well after that I have spent now about 4 years just focusing on college and just getting over everything. I seem to get overly attached I think, that was my first real relationship. Now I am just trying to figure how to get back into it. I don’t know really how to talk to people I find attractive in a way to express I am interested. I typically put myself in a friend zone almost as a defense for some reason. Just nervous I guess and scared of rejection. (Sorry for ranting really don’t know where my mind is going with this). Anyways just wondering if anyone else has experienced inability to take that leap. I used be very flirty and not struggle at least talking but now it’s just been so many years that I have lost that bit of me.
