Heyy! I'm (22m) a designer currently doing an internship. I have a fellow intern who is in the same dept. We had chances to work together and at first i found her a bit wierd and was slightly annoyed by her.

Now it's been a months, and I think that I'm starting to enjoy spending time with her, we go for walks together in our breaks, text often and sometimes call. And no I think I'm starting to develop a crush on her. I'm planning to tell her about this (like not immediately). Can someone advice anything that i should keep i mind or maybe even about relationship in workplace.

I came to the decision of telling her because there were instances in past where i regretted not telling people that i liked them,and i don't want that to repeat again.
