Future plans after 1st / 2nd date?

Is it generally considered a red 🚩 if someone proposes a weekend excursion, vacation, etc. after only 1-2 dates and / or after sleeping with someone only once?
Does it make a difference if the plans are 2-3 months or more in the future?
Also, how common is this? How often has it happened to you or have you done it?
