Hi everyone, I went on a date last night, the woman is 33 and Im 31 in NYC area. Shes very busy professionally, and overall I think the date went well. We did not kiss or touch physically, but the date went a bit longer then I expected, and although slightly nervous in the beginning I felt us both mellow out towards the end. Towards the end of the date, she said she would like to maybe get together again next week. I went to hug her as I said goodbye, no kiss from her though as she didnt physically touch me.

I texted her as the guy, "I hada great night, pleasure meeting you tonight. Get home safe." She responded she had a good time too, and then told me to be careful on the train.

Wait to see if she hits me up at this point to see if she's interested, since I already made my intentions sort of clear texting her after the date, is that right? Its one of my first dates since getting out of a very long relationship so I'm a little rusty with dating etiquette with ppl you meet on apps.
