This might be an unpopular opinion but when I know that a guy has good female friends I actually see it as a positive.

Obviously if she’s like his best friend and they hang out allll the time then that’s a red flag, but if he has some girls in his close friend group I think it’s a good thing. To me it almost feels like it means he has been vetted and we (girls) agree he is safe and kind. (Bonus points if the girls are his friends’ gfs and they like him.) It shows me he knows how to interact with women in a respectful way and that’s super important in my opinion.

It always feels weird to me that people don’t like their significant other to have friends of the opposite sex???
