Was dating a woman, she is amazing, essentially everything I've been looking for and then some. She started not having as much time to date, which I understood and we agreed to keep in touch and talk when we can.

Through a couple of conversations, today ended up being a hard day for both of us. She realized she had some heavy stuff she needs to sort through, and said as much after our conversation today. I was aware of said heavy stuff, but it came out in a different way today. I realize she made this realization through me, which doesn't feel great, despite being necessary. But I don't feel great about it.

I realize this is the way it is supposed to be, as I'm a big believer in everything happens for a reason. I realize that my person must still be out here somewhere looking for me. And I'm fine with that. Just doesn't feel great.
