Normal to feel hopeless in dating?

Post Body

So I'm a 29 year old guy.

Ever since my last serious relationship of 5 years ended I've been in the dating pool for almost 2 years and it's been terrible. Dating apps suck, it's hard to meet people in person, I'm feeling hopeless in whether or not I'll ever meet someone.

I never thought if myself as unattractive, think I have a good personality, cam start conversation easily and social, have a decent job, etc...

I match with people on dating apps and they never respond back, I meet people in person and it never goes far, I feel like I just can't find someone I connect with and it's really hitting me and making me feel like I'll be alone. Is this natural? How do you break outta this
