I (29M) developed some pretty bad social anxiety after a long period of isolation during Covid. As a result I tend to be more shy, anxious and generally not as much myself on first dates. After a few dates, I’m my normal self but the problem is if there isn’t much connection on the first date most people don’t stick around for a second. How do I communicate this to girls so they know not to give up on me right away? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Reddit
