I don't know why, but for some reason alot of women I meet tend to have nothing or very little to say about themselves and seem to avoid the topic. Which makes me very annoyed as it ends up having me have the impression they have no personality or interest.

I ask them questions and try to lead a conversation to somthing, but almost always get empty answers or no answer at all. They just make statements about enjoying listening to me talk (which alot of people do, so that's nothing unusual for me when I am talking with others) but I want them to talk more, as the worst feeling is trying to get to know people for potential friends or partners, and having then say nothing personal or about them.... (usually the only information I can get about them are dumb things like their job, or their past, but I want to know about them as a person, not who they where, but who they are or at the very least what they want to become... somthing useful)

Unfortunately it seems easier to get sex out of a woman than personality or how they feel (so clearly I am either doing somthing wrong, or mabey some people just don't have much to them.)

In the past I had even tried experiments, such as traditional dating and while it worked for getting them to open up and fall in love with me, it feels fucked up and annoying to have to go out of my way for someone, to make them fall in love with me, just for them to open up and talk to me.... and have me end up leaving them

This often has me feeling crappy, as I had to kiss their ass and play the sick social games for somone who really wasn't somone worth my time

I want a better meathod that is somthing I can do that isn't degrading or manipulative that can get some results. As I want to get to know people when trying to become possible friends or lovers, but if they share nothing but their job and body, their isn't anything for me to be interested in.
