Questions for straight ladies, about guys.

Post Body

How do you feel about guys approaching you and flirting a little and then asking for your number? I’m not talking about creeps or sexists, just a general polite approach in a public social setting.

Does it flatter you? Does it make you feel uncomfortable? Do you expect guys to approach you? How do you prefer to connect with another single male? Do you feel more comfortable in a social setting with mutual friends?

Everyone knows dating apps are awful and sliding into social DMs isn’t a great way to connect but social constructs have shifted in the last decade.

I remember when people use to just walk up to each other and talk and maybe exchange numbers. That doesn’t seem to happen much anymore because of social media.

Just looking for general input or preferences for organically meeting another person.

Let me know, thanks!
