Reasonable time to expect a text back?

I [25M] started talking with this woman [26F] on September 3rd, 2 weeks ago. I met her on hinge.

She has said, “I’m sorry, I suck at texting” but I tend to struggle to believe that in today’s world. Don’t get me wrong, I have went a while without texting someone back once or twice in that timeline, but never all day on multiple occasions.

For context, I said “When do you not work so we can do something?”. She responded 10 hours later with, “maybe we can get together this weekend”. That was yesterday, Sunday. So she meant next weekend. I texted that at 9am.

I have no problem with someone not texting back quick, mainly because I’d rather meet sooner than later to see if it’s even worth it in the first place. She only lives 30 minutes away, but can’t hang out for another 6-7 days… Btw, pretty sure she was off today. Doesn’t text back enough for me to know 😂.

Am I being dramatic or should I just stop talking to her now? I try not get get to caught up in this stuff until I meet someone, but I talk to friends and they tell me, “Dude, this woman is on her phone all day guaranteed, she doesn’t care to text you back”.

Btw, she works in fast food and has no kids.

I’ve been out of the dating scene for a few years. So don’t come at me.

TLDR: I’ve been talking to this girl for a couple of weeks and she takes 12 hrs to text back sometimes. Is she not that interested or am I being dramatic?
