How can I control my sexual desire. I'm 25 now addicted to porn from 10 years ago and I already did some touching and silly things while I was 18 but didn't have complete sex. Although in my country it's illegal to have sex without marriage. So how I control that till 30? How can I control that? I tried different types of workouts and nothing worked. (Running swimming, calisthenics, gym, HIIT) But nothing really worked I still have so much energy so what can I do about that?
