When I read things bios and the first sentence is like "swipe left if" you're a cat person or a Cowboy fan .
Even things like if you're a marvel fan over DC.
Are these really the first things people are looking for? Are these really the defining factors of your perfect match?
Should there not be any differences between you?
These sound like the beginning of a SNL joke.
20 years ago I'd find it hard to imagine someone asking a person this on a first date and never talking to them again because of the wrong answer.
Today, how far do we really go to whittle down the perfect person for us? Until it starts to become micro preferences?
Why not say just say stuff like swipe left if you don't like the color red or or put pickles on your burger lol
Also maybe I'm alone in this but I swipe left on any profile like this because it feels negative off the bat. I know people want to get right to the point but it's still weird to me.
