I had a date tonight and knew immediately I wasn't attracted to him. He was nice, we sat for an hour and chatted. Then I told him I needed to get home to my kid and I left. It was awkward. It's been awkward every time. Do you have any particular line you use to leave a date?
Then I texted him once I was home and told him I wasn't feeling it. He asked me why and I told him I wasn't attracted to him. I felt shitty saying that but I also didn't want him worrying that it was his job or his mental health issues he shared with me, or anything else. Do you think it was ok to tell him I wasn't attracted to him or should I have handled that differently?
