Does everyone have a roster partner lineup nowadays?

Seems like all the women I meet nowadays always have a roster. Is that normal to be dating and, in some cases, having sex with so many partners at the same time? Why not focus on one, then move on, if it’s not working for you? Just seems like a lot work managing multiple prospects.
