Hi I’m 22m and recently dumped by my girlfriend today being valentines I’m kinda too depressed dk what to do I just wanted to be happy and be loved but that couldn’t happen now I just cry at her pictures not knowing what’s gonna happen and today when I saw people having fun with their loved ones made me have suicidal thoughts but somehow I passed that now idk what to do why can’t I sleep knowing that I’ll be happy tomorrow and not sad I’ll be not alone anymore why pls help🙂
