Post Body

I'm 19 and there's a girl at work who's 18 who I am interested in, she's super sweet we text a good amount we even plan to hang out after work sometime. Recently though another co worker of mine she asked her about me and her thoughts on me. Apparently she responded with 'I hope he doesn't like me' the co worker who told me said that she thought she meant it as in she was shy, personally I've dealt with a lot of girls and to me it felt more of like she doesn't like me like the thought of me liking her is off-putting. Originally I thought it wasn't true as other co workers were telling me she only spoke highly of me, but my closest friend who I trust dearly told me she did say it. I'm not sure what to do if I confront her about it our friendship might be ruined, but I also feel quite betrayed to even know she said that.
