I went after this man at the gym I go to. We had a proper introduction, so I decided to âshoot my shotâ. He indirectly turned me down. I gave him my number but he never reached out. He is an older man. Iâm 26. I once brushed on the topic on whether or not he was married but he never confirmed with a yes or no & just laughed it off. I thought maybe he was also interested, but he never reached out once I gave him my phone in a Thanksgiving card. It kinda sucks , but I know I must move on. Do you think that a woman putting in effort for going after a guy is atleast somewhat admirable? I only ask, since most of us are taught to allow the man to approach. I just originally didnât feel like waiting for him to notice me, so I went for it. Iâm really shy, but I hate âshouldve , couldâve , wouldâveâs â. Did I make a fool of myself or do you think at the very least he probably thought it was a nice gesture?
Edit: Iâm a girl btw
