Not the Halloween type ghosts lol. I've read many posts about ghosting. Maybe more from women because I am a straight male and I am usually looking and talking to women on here. I see lots of posts of women getting ghosted and they don't know why and they want support. I feel weird making a post about this because I don't usually don't show this sensitive side of myself. I know ghosting can happen to anyone I guess, it has happened a little too often lately than I would like. What makes it extra strange is sometimes it happens right in the middle of sexting, or just when the conversation is deep. Women who say they really like me and so happy they met me, and say they don't know what they would do without me. Then it's almost as if they dropped dead right after their last message to the point I'm asking if they are ok. No closure, from feeling it's like a relationship to poof they are gone. I know it can be for reasons, and I know the least likely is that they dropped dead lol. Maybe they saw some comment I had made while scrolling through my profile, maybe something very drastic or was cheating with me and got caught. I was just wondering and would like the support and hearing from men and women. I'm a really good guy and never was hurtful to any woman I have chatted with. I compliment a lot and never a jerk, one time a girl here didn't believe me but I am always sincere. One thing that I guess is not going in my favor is that I don't share pics and sort of protect my identity, especially in early stages. I was hacked on another social media site and it caused me lots of headaches. When I came to Reddit I vowed to try keep my identity private so it doesn't happen again.
