I (20M) tend to get obsessive over girls I REALLY like, which has screwed up potential relationships with them⌠I wish I could rewind what I said, the way I said and/or did certain things. Like I let myself get in the way of my own happiness. Fuck man. Iâm not sure if itâs anxiety or what but what can I do to fix this? Ik this says âjust ventingâ but are there any guys who mightâve gone through the same thing? I grew up in a church, so my view of things is much different, and now that Iâm not in church, things werenât the way I thought theyâd be. I just wish I wasnât such a nervous person.
