Have started seeing the same profiles twice now, is this the sign of staying single forever?

Post Body

I've (28) been active on dating sites for a year since I moved to CO with zero luck though had casual interactions and met some really good women along the way but all ended after 3-4 dates. Now I have started seeing the same profiles again probably saw quite a few profiles for third time too.
It's hard to find or even date someone, CO being the worst place to ever date. Whosoever I met have gone at least 3-4 dates which I felt would be potential but then they would just ghost or disappear. Or if I match with someone they would keep talking for days and weeks but whenever I plan to meet they would just cancel at last moment or ghost. And if something is going really well (which I feel and the same gets reciprocated by the woman I see) they won't communicate and just go radio silence.
I feel its basic courtesy to at least let know the other person they are not interested and would not like to go further rather than let the guy keep wondering what wrong he did or say, or be a telepath and find the answers to.
What does this mean? Time to leave dating apps and stay single forever?
P.S.
I'm Indian who's been in US for 5 years and have some great skills of cooking, taking care of family, house and feel like I can be a good at parenting too and I want to be a stay at home working parent.
And also, to me, American women are hard to read or even understand, that's my observation or experience, NO HARD FEELINGS Ladies, sorry in advance!
