Should I wait for the woman to plan the next date? Ladies, would like to know your view on this!

Post Body

Backstory - I met a girl on hinge and we match in many aspects and have been to 4 dates so far, but haven't kissed yet. I think she's looking for LTR too but it never directly came in the conversation and she's family oriented but whenever we spent time together it was always effortless and never a dull moment. We went on window shopping and tried selecting dresses for each other today. I asked her for date again this weekend if she would like hangout again do some cooking as we both agreed to try each others cooking (I'm really good at Indian cuisine) and said she would like to but her friend is coming over.
Now, I planned all 4 dates till now, and our texting is good but sometimes we won't text until the end of the day cause we both work for big corporations and texts are never dry. We have feelings for each other somewhere inside but never expressed to each other, and haven't kissed yet too.
So, should I wait and see if she takes the initiative of planning to hangout or next date? And I see her someone that I would like to be with someone, so is it red flag or I can say a bummer thing for her that I haven't kissed her yet.
P.S. I want to take things slow but being intimate is also equally important, right?
