so I just got home from a concert at a beach, where a few girls were eyeing me and I noticed them, but I panicked and fumbled the bag… How do I know if/when to approach the girl in such a situation? And how can I initiate a connection with her? I feel like girls don’t always give off the right vibe (when they want to be approached, when not to) so I need an answer from someone who’s experienced or a woman (preferably in her 20’s)
