Do girls always think I want sex when I talk to them

Anyone else feel this way? I feel like everytime I talk to a girl, they have some kind of underlying attitude that I am only talking to them to try and sleep with them. I can see it in their eyes and the shape of their mouth and they speak to me in a "matter of fact" serious and slightly annoyed kind of way.
This could just be me, I don't know. It makes me want to ignore all of them
