Forgive me if this is the wrong board to post in asking this question (but point me in the right direction if you know a better place).
I have a user who is trying to pull data from a NOAA website: http://w2.weather.gov/climate/index.php?wfo=hnx
They choose Daily Climate Report
They would select their city: Fresno
Date: Most Recent
Click on Go
A new window opens with the data.
The user is specifically looking at: Precipitation (IN) - Yesterday row. The column is the "Observed Value"
That's that only data they want. However, they want to be able to collect this daily going foward (even though it'll only show the day before). She also wants to go back in time and collect all of 2017.
How do you think this can be done without having to run this report that returns just some plain old webpage.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
