Please i need help How do i recover files that are deleted from the recycle bin

my dog recently pass away and im trying to save all his pics and realized the external HDD all my old pics were in i added it to my uinraid as a cache drive and im certain there is no going back on that now. but i did remove them from my pc it was in the recycle bin and i permanently deleted it. what is a good program to recover them.
