Long story short - I’m lost media hunting for an old small now-private YouTube channel recovering videos, someone emails me with copies of them dating back to 2009/2010. But some of them ended up getting corrupted. He can’t send the corrupted ones to me
According to him. the videos either don’t play at all, or they play a few seconds and then crash. The cause what he believes happened was his hard drive fell on the floor a while back and he believes it to be the cause of the corruption.
So I’m asking around if there’s any possible way for those files to be recovered. As in maybe software recovery programs or video converting? We’re no experts in this thing so any help would be appreciated on what to do or if we could do anything about it
