That is higher than the homicide rate with Hispanics included.

Your source is bad. From the wiki article:

“According to the FBI 2019 Uniform Crime Report, African-Americans accounted for 55.9% of all homicide offenders in 2019, with whites 41.1%, and "Other" 3% in cases where the race was known.”

In my post I said if you remove blacks and Hispanics. The wiki has included Hispanics in the white category which gave you the wrong number per 100k.

Info extrapolated from FBI crime stats. Blacks — 13% of population — are responsible for 61% of all violent crime in the country. We have a cultural problem in the US and nothing else.

Who is commuting all of these homicides in the US? Is it NRA members?

Because the number you saw includes Hispanics in the “white” stats.

Poor whites in Appalachia have violent crime rates lower than blacks in the highest income quintile.

It’s not poverty. It’s the people.

If you switched the populations of Haiti and Switzerland overnight what do you believe would happen? Haitians get the infrastructure built by the Swiss. Within 10 years Haiti would be a prosperous, 1st world country, and Switzerland would be the new Zimbabwe.
