Should i get the certificate or just keep learning from youtube?

Hi money is tight right now. I started learning the google analytics program theough youtube! They have all version there for free! But problem is, once i start applying for a job will they ask for mg certificated? Should i just learn it from coursera?
Also the quizes and notes are everywhere in google if you look for them!
