It would be a good idea to take Google and IBM certificates alongside?

I'm currently studying excel to take the MO-201 test next month, alongside, I'm taking a very entry level sql course to get Pearson's VUE databases certificate in a couple of months. That said, I want to know if you guys think that It would be a good idea to take both Google and IBM certificates alongside? Has someone here already did that? How was your experience?

I already know that these courses teaches different code languages and data visualization tools, that's why I'm mainly asking this.
