Why do I keep getting ghosted for data analysis roles in hospitals?

I work as a bioinformatics research assistant in a biotech/ medical research hub in the US and am a month away from earning my MPH, where I learned R, SAS, Linux, study design and statistics and through independent study, mySQL and through my other jobs, project management. Iām looking for a full time job in a hospital but keep getting ghosted! Why? What can I do to even get an interview?
