Thinkware U100 Parking Mode

Hey everyone, so I've been thinking of getting a thinkware U1000 after my car was vandaliszed a few days ago (someone slashed a tire and beat up my trunk and rear bumper with a chair or hammer). How sensitive is the impact detection on the U1000 if used with the radar module? I'm looking for something with strong energy savings as my daily commute is only about 20 minutes a day so I can't depend on having a great amount of charging. A strong parking mode is what I'm really looking for the most.
