anyone know if there's a way of getting all items?

i was searching online for easy ways to make pvp builds, i already created a lot of characters and went running through the game collecting the gear i needed to make my character, but this takes too much time, i would like to know if there's a way of getting all items, like a cheat or something, i don't want to be immortal or even lvl my character, i just want weapons and armors, anyone know if it's possible?
