Considering the overall quality of the Fextralife Wiki, this item being missing both does and doesn't surprise me. I was fighting the Twin Princes and forgot to send the lift back down on one of my attempts. Went back to call the elevator and it's already there. Thought nothing of it until the thing went DOWN instead. All there was was a small alcove with a corpse holding a Titanite Slab and a lever to call the elevator back down, just in case. I always thought the 2 -level elevator was a one-off thing in the game, but I guess not!
