Just finished DS3, do you think I'll enjoy DS1 or just move on to another souls type game like Surge 2 or Code Vein?

I've only played Bloodbourne, Sekiro, and DS3. BB was my favorite but I loved DS2 and liked Sekiro.

Do you think DS1 is too much of a backwards step in tech and accessibility? I like the fast smooth paced combat of those titles.

Should I just move onto a souls clone made for this generation?

EDIT: You guys convinced me so I started and I'm enjoying it. It's definitely significantly slower than DS3's combat and the graphics and controls are a bit dated but the game also seems built around that so it doesn't bother me yet.
