Can be anything, something funny, frustrating, something involving enemies or with another player. I'll start this by telling you all about 2 moments I had with my recent character. Both of these take place in the Ringed City DLC.

First of all let me just say that the Black Knight Sword is a BEAST. It was my weapon throughout both these stories. I usually stuck to my trusty Hollowslayer GS but decided to switch it up for once.

Story 1: Oh the Demon Princes, a gank boss of demonic proportions. I'll start this off by saying that I have never been good at bosses like the Demon Princes, having to manage 2 enemy bosses at the same time is something I'm still learning. So, in this case, I have Gael help me with these guys. I can take them 1v1, it's just I need Gael to distract one while I go to town on the other one, which ends up working because I forgot the Black Knight weapons were strong against demons and it certainly shows in that fight. After I beat the Demon Prince, I was in a good mood and feeling generous, so I decide to lay my summon sign down at the bonfire just before you take the plunge. At this point in the night, activity seemed to die down a bit so I only got into about 5 people's worlds but god damn those were the funnest fights I've ever been through and helping people get through a (I shouldn't say difficult or easy cause we all experience DS differently) boss felt really good.

Story 2: Oh Midir, you have caused many a rage quit and probably a few hundred, if not thousands, of dollars in broken controllers. A worthy adversary for sure, one that some may find difficult or almost impossible to do solo. Well the first time I beat Midir solo was one of the best feelings I've gotten ever. This story is kind of the opposite of the last one, I kept summoning people for this fight and my god....they were so incompetent that I wondered how they even made it this far in the Ringed City. So after dying to Midir and summoning people who did nothing to help, I was waiting for signs to show up and I kept waiting and waiting without anything so I literally shouted "Fine! I'll do it myself" and lo and behold I did do it myself, on that particular try.

So that was just a few experiences I've had in DS3. I'll be interested in reading about yours.
