Old Wolf or Faron Greatsword?

Hi, I am playing ds3 and have reached the abyss watchers. When I get their soul, I don't know into which weapon to transpose it. I am currently sl35, going for a dex/pyro build. I know Faron GS is geared more towards dex builds, but I like Old Wolf GS and it's moveset and I don't know if it's viable for a dex build. Any suggestions?
